Course: Operations and Supply Chain Management


This course shows students how to manage operations in business and government. It examines the process and technologies through which organizations convert raw materials, labor, and capital into final goods and services and deliver them to customers. The course uses SAS statistical analysis software to analyze operations and supply chain issues.
